I want to sincerely state that I never regretted the time invested on the LoveWorld show that hosted Oyindamola Aina Elizabeth Kolawole this morning Human Resources matter that talked about ‘Healthy work life-style at the work place’. The session was superb. It’s obvious you’ve had more confidence on set than the maiden episode I watched years back. Seems you’re becoming more expert on the job by the day. Keep it up girl. You’ve just delivered sound and professional. I love your comportment on the set this morning. I hope to get same information next time for a programmer like this. Have a pleasant week

When you put people first and then surround them with processes and disciplines that recognize their efforts, performance will soar. Especially when you’re at a high level in an organization, criticism can be devastating to an employee. I prefer to praise employees for what they’re doing right, and it tends to lead to them doing more of the same. Not always, but it’s the way I choose to bet.

Thank you for today’s session, Our #1 HR Steward.
